Task Detail in SarasX Mobile App allows users to open a task and work with the detailed information, updates, logs, attachments, AMC records and other actions configured for that task.

This screen is useful for:

• Reviewing the current task information
• Checking past updates and logs
• Viewing attachments and AMC details
• Using task actions such as assignment or sharing, when those actions are available

• Open the required task from the task list or admin dashboard
• System opens the task detail screen

The top of the screen shows the task identity and the actions available for that user.

Depending on configuration, task detail may show:

• Customer or site name
• Short task subject or description
• Due date or visit date
• Current status
• Assigned user
• AMC indicator, if the task is linked to an active AMC context

Task detail can include the following tabs:

• Update
  • Used to add the latest update, change the task status and attach update-related images
• Log
  • Used to review the task log history
• Attachment
  • Used to review task attachments
• AMC
  • Used to review the AMC records related to that task profile

Note: The visible tabs and their exact labels depend on how the SarasX mobile view has been configured.

Depending on permission and configuration, task detail may allow:

• Update Task
• Assign Task
• Share Task Update

Some actions are visible only for task admin users.

• Pull downward to refresh the task detail screen

This refresh helps update:

• Task header
• Task log
• Task attachments
• AMC data

• Task detail is the main working screen after a task is opened
• Update, log, attachment and AMC are kept together so the user can work without leaving the task context
• Some actions such as Assign Task and Share Task Update are permission-driven and may not be visible to every user
