Task Management

To access Task Screen, click on Project in task bar or click on the icon of Task in Menu. When clicked it will show the search screen of Task.

In the task search screen, a user can create task by clicking on the Create task button or can press n.

When Clicked on the Create task Button, the task screen opens. In task Header , the customer must be added along with its description pre requisite and solution, It also has Task Type to select the type of the task done. It can also set the priority of the task as necessary. To access the header click on Edit Header or press h.

In Task Log section, Click on Add Normal Log or Internal Log to add as many logs for that particular task. Fill status, title and its description after completing the tasks. To access the Task Log Click on Normal Log or Internal Log or press n or i.

In Task Allocation, a task can be allocated to a particular user and then that particular user can complete the task and write down its logs.

In Assign Tag, a tag can be assigned to the task to specify the type of the task and can fill the specific data related to the assigned tag it is eg: its call type or expenses, etc.
