• To return a finished product, the Return Output can be used. Return output is for returning the main expected output of the Job Order.
• After return the system will create FG Output entry, which will further be handled by the receiver.

• Click on the Return Output button. A popup is opened.

• You can return Finished Goods using this screen. Return Output shows the list of finished outputs available for return.
• Set the quantity you want to return in the Return Quantity field.
  
• The Item unit cost, the Labor unit cost, the Overhead Unit cost and the Total Unit cost for that the output are displayed.

Note:

• For “Multiple Item” order category, you can edit the unit costs in the Return Output screen.
• The Return Output button is not available for Repair and Dismantle categories. You can only return Semi Finished goods for Repair and Dismantle.

You can view the history of all the Finished Goods returned from the Job Order. This list can be used to track all the finished goods output returns for that Job Order.
