Admin Task Dashboard
Overview
Admin Task Dashboard in SarasX Mobile App helps task admin users monitor workload for the selected date, review tasks by task type, inspect engineer-wise distribution, and open the filtered task list that needs action.
This dashboard is useful for:
Checking which task types have the highest active workload
Identifying tasks that are overdue, due on the selected date, pending review, or pending assignment
Reviewing which engineers are carrying the workload for a selected task type
Opening the exact filtered task list that needs follow-up
Step 1: Open the Admin Task Dashboard
Note: Users who do not have task admin access will continue to see the regular task list view.
Step 2: Select the Working Date
Use the date selector shown at the top of the screen
Use the left and right arrows to move one day at a time
The dashboard and task list are always shown for the selected date
Step 3: Review Task Type Summary
System first groups tasks by task type
Each task type shows counters such as:
Due
Overdue
Review
Assign
Open
Closed
These counters help the admin quickly understand where action is required
Note: The exact task types visible in the dashboard depend on what is configured for that tenant.
Step 4: Open Engineer View for a Task Type
Tap the required task type group
System opens the next level grouped by engineer
The selected task type remains visible at the top as context
Step 5: Filter the Engineer View by Task Status
In the top zone, tap the required status counter such as Overdue, Review, Due, Open, or Assign
System refreshes the engineer grouping for that selected status
This helps the admin focus on one work bucket at a time
Note: When Assign is selected, the flow may directly show the not-assigned task list because these tasks are not linked to any engineer yet.
Step 6: Open the Raw Task List
The task list is filtered by:
Step 7: Move Back Between Levels
This allows the admin to move up one level without losing the broader dashboard context.
Compact View
A Compact switch is available in the top zone
When turned on, the status counters are shown in a more compact horizontal format
When turned off, the counters are shown in the regular grid format
Note: This preference is stored locally on the device for that account.
Important Points
This dashboard is designed for task admin users and not for regular task users
The selected date controls what is counted and displayed
Due and Closed are sensitive to the selected date
Overdue and Open focus on active work that still requires action
Assign is useful for identifying tasks that still need engineer allocation
The values shown in the dashboard may refresh when the user returns from task detail or moves between dashboard levels
