====== My Task List ====== ===== Overview ===== SarasX Mobile App allows users to review the tasks visible to their account for the selected date, move across dates, apply filters and open the required task for further action. This screen is useful for: * Checking today's assigned work * Reviewing tasks for another date * Narrowing the list by using the task filters * Opening a task to update status, add log, attach image or share the task update ===== Step 1: Open My Task List ===== * Sign in to SarasX Mobile App * Open the **Task** tab * If the user is not a task admin, system opens the regular task list view **Note**: Task admin users may see the admin dashboard instead of the regular list, depending on their permission and configuration. ===== Step 2: Change the Working Date ===== * Use the date bar shown at the top of the screen * Use the left arrow to move to the previous date * Use the right arrow to move to the next date System refreshes the list according to the selected date. ===== Step 3: Use the Filter Menu ===== * Tap the filter icon shown next to the date selector * Review the filter options visible for your requirement * Apply the required filter values Typical filters may include: * Task date * Task status visibility * Own tasks or wider task visibility * Document type or configured task grouping **Note**: The visible filters depend on how SarasX has been configured for that tenant and that user role. ===== Step 4: Review the Task Cards ===== Each task card helps the user quickly understand: * customer or site * short task description * due date * current status * assigned user * configured category chips such as branch, task type, call type or device type ===== Step 5: Refresh the Visible List ===== * Pull the task list downward to refresh it This is useful when: * Another user has updated the task * The task was reassigned * Status was changed from another device ===== Step 6: Open the Task ===== * Tap the required task row or card * System opens the task detail view From task detail, the user can continue with update, log, attachment, AMC or share-related actions depending on access.
