====== Manage Accounts in SarasX Mobile App ======

===== Overview =====

SarasX Mobile App allows users to sign out from the current account, add more than one account on the same device, and switch between saved accounts when required.

This is useful when:
  * One user works with more than one SarasX account
  * A device is shared across authorised users
  * The user wants to sign out before handing the device to another person

===== Scenario 1: Sign Out =====

  * Open **SarasX Connect**
  * Go to the screen where saved accounts are visible
  * Select the account that is currently signed in
  * Use the **Sign Out** option for that account

After sign out, the account will no longer remain active on the device until the user signs in again with OTP.

===== Scenario 2: Add More Accounts =====

  * Open **SarasX Connect**
  * Go to the account screen
  * Click the **Add** button to add one more account

After clicking **Add**, follow the process given in [[erp-manual:app:signup:connect|Connect]]:
  * Ensure mobile access is enabled for that user
  * Install or open the SarasX Connect app
  * Scan the QR code or paste the server link
  * Provide the User Id
  * Complete OTP verification

===== Scenario 3: Switch Account =====

  * Open **SarasX Connect**
  * Go to the list of saved accounts
  * Select the account that you want to use
  * Confirm the account switch if the app asks for confirmation

After switching, the selected account becomes the active account for further use in the app.

===== Important Points =====

  * Add only authorised accounts on the device
  * Sign out when the device is shared with another person
  * If a newly added account does not work, review the steps in [[erp-manual:app:signup:connect|Connect]]
  * If admin has changed access settings, sign out and sign in again to refresh access
