====== Design Catalog ======

 ===== Create New or Modify existing Catalog =====

  * Go to **Design Catalog** menu
  * This will open search screen for Catalog
  * Click on **Create New** button
  * To modify existing catalog, **search** for the catalog and then open an existing one.


 ==== Step 1: Provide Catalog details ====
In Create New mode provide following details:
  * Provide Catalog Name that is appropriate for the catalog to search it back
  * Enable **Show on App** if you want to see this catalog on the SarasX Catalog App.
  * Create catalog with manually selected designs - turn on the **Is Manual Selection**
  * Create catalog with dynamic filtered designs - turn off the **Is Manual Selection**
  * Click **Save** button before proceeding further

 ==== Scenario 1: Select the designs manually =====

**Note:** In this scenario, the catalog will have fix set of designs that are selected manually.

Keep **Is Manual Selection** to on position, then follow below steps to add designs

  * Search the design using filter option available to find a given design
  * Click **Add to Catalog** to add a given design
  * Click **Remove from Catalog** to remove the design from the catalog
  * Repeat the steps to add as many designs needed



 ==== Scenario 2: Create a dynamic catalog =====

**Note:** In this scenario, the catalog will have one filter and system will automatically load all designs that are matching the filter.

Keep **Is Manual Selection** to off position, then follow below steps to add designs

  * Provide one set of filter: eg: Category = XYZ and Price Range = High to create a catalog of all designs of XYZ category that are of High price range
  * Click **Save** button after done

 ==== Print Catalog ====

  * Go to **Design Catalog** menu
  * Open an existing catalog that you want to print
  * Click on **Print** button and select the template you want to print.

**Note:** After print button is clicked, system will work on the printout and will notify the requestor by email to download the catalog.
